The mission of Pearson Management Group is to provide design and construction management services to clients currently involved in the design and construction industry and provide expert evaluation of our client’s position in construction disputes. For the past decade the firm has worked as management consultants on some of the largest design and construction projects in the U.S. In 1999, Pearson completed its work as Program Manager on the $800 million Jazz Casino in New Orleans. In late 2002 Pearson completed its work as on-site program management services on the $800 million Diplomat Hotel in Hollywood, Florida. Pearson has scheduled and monitored the design and construction of Las Vegas entertainment facilities being built under a fast-track delivery system and has been a consultant to the Chicago Bears football team on the $420 million 20-month renovation of Soldier Field in Chicago. In 1999 Pearson completed its investigations and provided expert testimony regarding delay, acceleration and impact cost associated with design and construction issues on a $640-million pharmaceutical facility in South Carolina. Every working day our team is providing management consulting services related to the design and construction process across America.

In 1999, Pearson constructed a new 9,300 square foot office in order to better meet the needs of our clients.

Our location, in an emerging East Montgomery area, provides our staff expanded resources to better serve our customers. Built for the future, our offices feature the latest information technology systems meaning that we can respond more quickly to the needs of our clients.
