Virtually all of our assignments
involve some work related to estimating and budgeting.
We have been involved in the development and evaluation
of early square-foot estimates through detailed quantity
take-offs. We are frequently asked to evaluate actual
cost expended against budgets on troubled projects
and identify the cause of cost overruns. We perform
this work on public and private projects of all types,
with particular emphasis on the demanding field of
fast-track construction.
