About the Project
In Fall 2023, Tulane University opened the River and Lake Residence Halls, which added 697
new beds for undergraduate students. Located on McAlister Way between Freret and Willow streets on the Uptown campus seven-story buildings with a mix of suite-style rooms, academic spaces, and communal areas. The Village, Tulane’s largest capital investment in its history, which aims to improve the student experience and reduce pressure on the off-campus housing market.
