Timothy Jewell

Tim began his 50+ year construction career as a bridge ironworker, field foreman and superintendent.  In 1986, Tim earned his Associates degree from Coastal Training Institute. Tim and David began working together 39 years ago. Tim worked first as a draftsman, then as a claim analyst and scheduler. For the past 30+ years Tim has served as Vice President of Pearson Management.

Tim has vast experience in forensic scheduling, including leading teams of analysts on over 900 schedule and delay analyses on virtually every type of construction and in every area of the nation. Tim has developed and monitored construction schedules on over 50 large, complex, high-risk projects.
