About the Project
From 2019 to 2022, JD assisted the developer in analyzing alleged delay events that the contractor presented to the developer on this high-profile, twin tower high rise mixed-use residential apartment complex in downtown Los Angeles. JD was deposed in 2022 and his findings were presented to a jury in California Superior Court in December 2022.
