About the Project
Pearson and its joint-venture partner provided on-site program management of design and construction for the only land-based casino in Louisiana, the $800 million Harrah’s Jazz Casino in downtown New Orleans. This project included almost one million square feet on four levels. The lower basement level is used for valet parking while the upper basement level includes administrative offices. The main floor contains 100,000 square feet of gaming space, rivaling any casino in Las Vegas.
