Pearson evaluated delays on the Minnesota DOT $332.5m St. Croix Crossing Bridge for two large construction companies which formed a joint venture to build the project.  The primary component of the Project was construction of a new Highway 36 bridge crossing the St. Croix River and two ramp bridges connecting Oak Park Heights, Minnesota and St. Joseph, Wisconsin, and was a joint project between the Minnesota DOT and the Wisconsin DOT.  The Highway 36 Bridge consisted of 14 spans, six spans which are over the river and are extradosed design. The Highway 36 Bridge consisted of 14 spans, six spans which are over the river, and is the longest extradosed design bridge in the U.S.
